Ms. Cienfuegos focuses primarily on corporate governance, business law, and real estate/property law. She represents individuals and/or businesses in a variety of different matters ranging anywhere from contract drafting, business formations, financing, breach of contract, and consumer protection, to land disputes, and farm and ranch issues. She works closely with Mr. Davis in providing thorough legal counsel and drafting loan documentation for buyers, sellers, and lenders involved in every aspect of both commercial and residential real estate transactions, including but not limited to, purchase and sale agreements, commercial and residential leases, loan closing/conveyance, deeds, secured transactions, loan modifications and assumptions. She also provides counsel to local municipalities and assists in city planning and local governance.
